The Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC) includes any changes in coverage, costs, or service area that will be effective in January. The Evidence of Coverage (or "EOC") is a comprehensive guide to your health care coverage. MASSACHUSETTS ANOC/EOCs:
The Health New England (HNE) Medicare Advantage Plan offers six different HMO plans and one HMO-POS plan in Massachusetts, and two different HMO plans and one HMO-POS plan in Connecticut.
CONNECTICUT ANOC/EOCs:
We provide new members with a printed copy of their individual EOC once they enroll. We send a copy once a year for current members, and copies are also made available upon request by calling Member Services. If you prefer, you may also mail us a written request.
